It's just bad and infuriating.

It makes absolutely 0 sense how he survived with a character like that and he was alone for years but as soon as he comes out he becomes a mindless dog who needs orders to pick up a cup of coffee. Otherworlders dont have some sort of disease that makes them killers after killing once they become killers because killing other humans is the esiest way to level up and they think of it as a game however the mc is already op ash and cant level up if he killing thousands of humans so it wouldnt even matter to him
