That is too short, i think since if you only watched the anime you will never know the true ending UNLESS you continue to read the manga to finish the story. It's a habit of mine that I read every manga after I watched the anime, i felt uneasy knowing that the story is not finished yet then in the anime, so I HAVE TO READ THE MANGA WHATEVER MATTERS/HAPPENS. ♥️
So nostalgic, reading manga (physical book) itself, the last time i have read a real one was from high schol after that i prefer online sites instead, since i can't really afford that time to buy and there's no library near on our house that i can borrow a book with.
But still if there's a chance i want to buy those and collect the whole series (any anime* does not matter). That would be great and self satisfying. Don't you think so?

I agree with that, MANGA really not only ends up better than anime, but also do not let the audience, readers hanged, it ends peacefully.
But the happier the ending, the most likely you want a continuation.
