We launched some changes and now have a few new privacy levels for reviews and lists, including ‘Private’ (for reviews, to be able to take personal notes - it's the default value for custom lists), and ‘People who visit my profile’ for short reviews, impressions, or even one liners - and for personal tracking lists (‘Things I plan to watch in 2017’) that your friends might want to know about, or personal challenge lists, etc. These can be seen in your profile, or everywhere across the site for those who follow you. Here’s a full writeup of the privacy levels.

A few of your lists and your review have been changed to ‘People who visit my profile’ - you’ll see a small eye icon (that only you or your followers will see) next to these lists titles.

For the review, this change was made because thereview was too short. If you eventually decide to turn this into a longer review feel free to change the privacy level back to “everyone” :)

For your lists, the changes were made because they were "favourites" type lists, without reasons/descriptions for why the items belonged in the lists, or “personal tracking” type lists. If you eventually decide to turn these into community lists (‘best of’ lists with descriptive titles and descriptions for each list item) feel free to change the privacy level to “Everyone” to make the lists public again :)
