To posts gifs i usually just go on google and search for gifs i want to use and copy the gif link. (Make sure it says .gif at the end of it). Then in the comment box, there should be a "insert/edit image" tab on the top. Click it and there should be a spot for image URL. Paste the gif link there and press okay. Then voila!!
My advice is to just practice on your wall to make sure it turns out the way you want it because you can just delete it right after. If you have any other questions just let me know and I hope that I'll be able to answer em (^^)/
