HELLO! I go by many names, but the one name I adore is Zetangi. I'm 19 years old living in the Sunshine State of the great United States of America! The first anime anything that I can ever recall watching was the first Pokemon movie at around the age of 3-6, and yes it made me cry. From there I started watching the Pokemon series every chance I got on TV. I oddly had a DEEP disdain for Digimon and Yugioh. From the Pokemon phase I moved on to my first raw anime (don't judge me) which was Naruto the very first on Cartoon Network. I was knee deep in Naruto like on a whole different level to the point where I even got the headbands (the headband actually saved my life but that's a story for another time). My cable got cut at some point around that time, and I remember going to a friend's house who had cable, and convinced them to let me watch Naruto even though they thought it was gay, but I didn't care.
To me, anime was nothing like American cartoons, and I could see that at a young age. My love for anime only grew more and more as I was introduced to many new ones in part thanks to Adult Swim. I may not have cable anymore to watch anime, but with the internet I can now watch any anime to my hearts content. It makes me happy though knowing that Adult Swim is still introducing more and more people to anime like an old friend of mine. Anime deserves to be known throughtout the world. Every person on earth should know of at least 1 anime in my opinion. As a lifelong anime fan I've watched a decent amount of animes so chances of me forgetting some are pretty high. Nonetheless, I want to watch as many animes possible until I'm old and in my deathbed! May the list continuue to grow! Long Live Anime!
My all-time favorite animes include:
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Pokemon Season 1
High School of the Dead
