Really sad when an animes truly standout quality is it's music and sounds. Now I debated wheter or not I should add this to the list of animes I've watched, but oh what the hell. Since I wasted time to watch this I might as well write a review also. This anime is wrong on so many levels, OK? You're going to accept this first of all no matter how you try to justify it. So you have this character that's raised by his "father" and I'm guessing the father bones him from a young age (here goes Japan with the pedophilia again). Not too long after we're sidetracked with some cute, but rather bland... See full review
The first BL anime I've watched from start to finish. The story was so frustrating at several points. Suichi + Yuki one day, and the next it's like a little puppy (Shuichi) crying for it's master to take it back in (Yuki). Oddly enough, I really enjoyed this anime and would recommend it to anyone who has never watched a BL anime. The animation was your average, but I felt if they went for another style that it simply wouldn't work. The music was beautiful and quite catchy even if it did get repetitve at times. The characters were all unique in their own right and I enjoyed them all very much. This is one of... See full review
I first saw this anime on Adult Swim and man did it confuse the hell out of me! Saw it about a few years later again and it STILL confused me, but not to the degree it originally did. If you asked me today what the hell is going on I'd beg you not to ask.
See full reviewA beautiful and simplistic movie that makes you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. I first watched this when I was under the age of 11 and it took me on a journey. I forgot about it for many years after, but rewatched it on October of 2015 and man did it remind me of my happy simple childhood.
See full reviewUgh...I do not even know where to begin with this. I seriously want to slap the writer and the producers because they lost their minds! This anime had SO MUCH potential, BUT they SCREWED it up! Like they started to go wrong in so many directions. This anime had the potential to be even bigger than DBZ in the states. I remember my friends who never watched anime actually staying up on Saturdays just to watch Bleach with me because they got interested. Unfortuntly Adult Swim didn't have much to run so they started to show reruns and it was like where are the new episodes? Fillers started popping up and not... See full review
The fillers are a big turn off when it comes to Naruto Shippuden. Once you get past them, the show can actually be very enjoyable. Just messy executions that makes DBZ look more whole. So many of the characters are so interesting as well more than the main character himself but NARUTO, NARUTO, NARUTO! It's like can the other characters not get more decent coverage before Naruto comes in to save the day like always?!
See full reviewI've watched many animes and oddly, this is the one of the handfuls that have stuck with me for so long. The story did start out a bit confusing to me, but I like that it threw me in there as opposed to a slow startup that might have lost me early on. It's not only the action that kept my attention from the beginning but the mix of unique characters as well. Jonah is not your average main character so please do not be convinced by his innocent look. Beneath all that innocence lays a killer who is conflicted by the very thing he uses to take lives and works for the types of people he dislikes. Koko who I'd... See full review
