Story about a young college student who constantly logs his thoughts in an anonymous chatroom and twists the truth of the situations he is in into his favor.

Nearly every other character except for the main focus character is decent and held a general good opinion of the main character until his sociopathic actions and treatment of them lead them to disassociate with him.

Title  checks out, the MC is a boy trying to pretend that he is a man.
