About my banner: I think it is from Sabita Yoru Demo Koi Wa Sasayaku
it has to be a manga from Ogeretsu Tanaka but I am not sure which one. One where the main character is doing all he can to leave an abusive relationship. And so He ends up saying that sentence, first kiss tastes like rain (light and pure as water from the sky) and last kiss tastes like rust (blood from the punches). It's not my favorite manga or anything but I thought this was really great line and it made me feel what the character was experiencing. Hardship/burdain of knowing what you are supposed to do... but doesn't make it any easier to get done.
