My FAVORITE anime is still Ayashi no Ceres, I have probably seen it 10 times and it is just amazing!!! Other than that I woud have to recommend Glass Mask (the newer version)

I'll let you know if there are any that i think you should watch though, thanks for the comment though! :) btw i know you have them as want to watch but Eden of the East and Excel Saga are great animes. Excel since it's so funny, and Eden of the East ( japanese name: higashi no eden) because it's kinda romance but its really amazing :) I love east of eden.
