TLDR : show is funny, creative and wholesome. + the opening song bangs so what's not to love
The story is a classic otome game story but this time, your screams at the characters being stupid are heard by the characters. This premise on its own can carry the whole show already.
On top of that we get a kind of plot A and plot B situation where plot A is the otome game's story and plot B is a Highschool romance story.
The characters are also well developed, although some of them got glossed over due to the anime being a 12 episode season. Although my only complain would be the villain. I felt... See full review
If you ever had the feeling of "kids grow up so quickly" father vibes, you will love this anime. This show is wholesome and entertaining, the characters are lovable and finally the main characters are nicely written as well. the only complaint i'd file is that the show is too short. But other than that, consider me a happy father figure 10/10 would have happy tears in my eyes again
See full reviewJust like the story for Season 1, its simple & cliche, yet i keep coming back to it. Just like the main characters, the story is simple, yet it never fails to put a smile on my face, to still feel happy for them.
I personally feel like this should be how fantasy stories are told, simple and enjoyable, to immerse yourself in another world, in characters dealing with different problems instead of the story correlating with real problems or whatever.
---Anime---
The studio that made this did a fantastic job, from the visuals to the sound tracks, it was wonderfully executed.
-Visuals are... See full review
I'll keep it short, i don't usually watch sports anime, since they're all kinda boring if you don't play the actual sports, but some animes are just built different. Salaryman's Club is definitely one of em. I don't even play badminton, but it got me excited to watch em play! The relationship between characters are great too as it makes use of the double's badminton in this anime, basically forcing the characters to get along which makes for sme great plot and character development. Unfortunately, it is still a 12 episode anime, so we don't get to watch the matches in full, and they don't spend too much... See full review
if you came here for big brain moves, you aint gonna get much. But you'll be entertained! and that's better than big brain moves! i think?
if you just like political/royalty anime, this will be for you.
if you're here with the "IMPRESS ME PEASANT FOR I HAVE 999 IQ" attitude, you wouldn't like it. but if you just realised that it aint a big brain pepega anime while watching the first episode and said f- it imma sit back and be entertained, you'll do just fine!
No need for a break down for this anime, the characters are nicely made to have more than one dimension (they feel more alive)... See full review
TLDR : Its predictable, but predictable good. (if you like edgy, no edgy here)
I find this anime extremely predictable plot wise, but the happy and cheerful vibes of the anime got me coming back for another episode everytime. I'll be honest i would have rated this as a "meh" but i kept coming back watching it and everytime, i was entertained. What else do you need an anime to do except entertain? :)
What i find Wise
- lets be honest they made the main character a cute girl for a reason, and i don't mind it
- The main character's carefree nature and overpoweredness really gives... See full review
Slice of Life - Isekai - RPG
These are the main genre for this anime. As the combination suggests, its a slice of life fantasy anime with a strong protaganist that has knowledge of the game. usually i write a longer starting paragraph, but thats all you need to know really.
The pros.... in pros and cons
- its a slice of life. in a fantasy setting. gooooood.
- Fast and Furious has taught us 1 thing, FAMILY
- genrally relaxing a wholesome show for the whole FAMILY
- "The running jokes are bad? nvm i enjoy it now" - is my opinion on the show's style of having more... See full review
TLDR : You aint the target audience discord mod pepeg (target audience is kids)
Not as Bad as the reviews said it was, sure, it wasnt the best anime out there, but it aint that bad. I write my reviews based on the reviews of other shows by other people i've watched and compatively score the shows. if shows like arcane (League of legends fanboy show) gets mostly 10/10 although its plot is also predictable, i wouldnt say its fair to give this show a bad score just because its plot is very predictable and cartoon-y. Just don't come in expecting your whole lives to change after watching it, its a show for... See full review
I'll have to admit, this is not the best anime i've ever seen or anything. No mind blowing story, No amazing characters, the comedy is decent, it has everything that i would usually give a 5/10 or less BUT SHIT THIS ANIME HAS STYLE. The whole anime can be summed up by listening to the OP (opening) because the style combined with the interesting premise + comedy keeps me coming back.
The F___ing STYLE and SWAG
-Swag is such a dead word, but this anime really has no other words to describe it.
-Main character and the general plot of the show just admits increadible amounts... See full review
if you're reading this review, you probably seen season 1 already, so im not gonna do a breakdown like usual.
If you liked the first season, you'll like this season as well as the anime itself has a rather relaxing chill vibe to it, which is not what some people are looking for when watching an anime, but if you enjoyed the first season you probably don't mind/a fan of the genre.
Improvements to this season
- more likeable characters and stories as usual
- a few continuation of past stories/catching up with the characters introduced last season.
That's about it, i personally loved it... See full review
Season 2 was an upgrade, although still edgy tho. But its understandable that people won't get to the second season just because season 1 was an actual disaster of an opening for a series, but just note season 2 is pretty okay. I say that as its not a must see, just more entertaining and acceptable compared to its first season
What it did right (this time)
- there's actual growth in the characters, and in general the characters are a bit more solid
- on top of the last point, the character's actions make more sense this season compared to the last (Ex. Keita)
- improvement in likability of... See full review
Underrated anime for sure, people rating it low for "pedo vibes" maybe but i don't really mind it, seen worst. One thing i'll say is for an assassin related anime there's an awful lack of death, but if you treat it like a fantasy anime, its one of the better ones, which is saying a lot about the shows i've watched. What it did right -Capping character power levels through appearance, although people would say apperance don't matter, it certainly does till this day and especially in this fantasy medieval setting. The main character is certainly one of the more "OP" ones... See full review
This is one of those shows that have dedicated fans.
if you liked the first season, you'll like the other 2. (by the time of writing Season 3 is the latest)
The show focuses on the game karuta, which on its own is a pretty interesting game, but the plot surrounding the game; the "romance" (omegalul btw), the characters, and haikyuu style school club competition is too pepega to enjoy.
For me personally, the character "taichi" is horrifyingly annoying to watch. I understand humans having flaws, but ive never ever watched an anime and felt like punching a non-villain character. He... See full review
Firstly i'll start off by saying, its the best anime this season.
The characters are contructed to be truly alive and realistic, you can really feel him when he bites into that snicker bar (spoiler sry)
I was writing a bad review about this wonderful story as i was hungry.
Thanks to the snickers, i am now the real me, because you're not you when you're hungry.
This show is underrated, i came form seeing a meme of the mage girl, but ended up staying for the wholesome story.
Personally, this show is a hidden gem as i enjoyed the wholesome plot and characters.
for a moe show, the characters were suprisingly developed passed the usual "this character is cute because....", i actually kinda liked them especially the "villain" character closer to the end of the story.
overall, endro gave me the same vibe as tamako market, positive vibes. love it!
Penis bait.
that is 2 words that describe the show.
it feels like a show for people that has never talked to another human being, frankly its insulting that this show even has this high of a rating.
i felt like i wasted days of my lives basically understanding the fantasy dreamland of a otaku that has no hope recovering.
its kinda sad that this is their fantasy although you could just put some effort into learning how to communicate and into your looks instead of blaming genetics and fantasising about something you'll never have.
the rating of the anime made me feel bad for these people, and the... See full review
if you're not an edgy hipster like the current top review, and enjoy shows like violet evergarden, give this anime a shot.
its like violet evergarden.... without violet's character development.
so the main character meeting a bunch of characters and hearing/being apart of the story?
yes.
i just feel like i have to write this, the top review for this anime currently is an edgy hipsters take on the anime, i understand slower anime isnt for everyone, but at least make it clear that its an opinion, not fact.
I would say this is a Fantasy + slice of life type of anime, a weird... See full review
Story: bruh
Animation: its good
Sound: idk why this is a category, put entertainment/comedy here or something
entertainment/comedy: it was ok the first few episodes
Characters: bruh
How to describe this show's main cast in one word: confused.
Its a show about teenagers figuring out who they are and what they want. a slice of life show.
and so the show makes the characters confused as shit as to what they're doing, so they can "tie up" the characters later on.
but the ways they resolve these problems, are just ridiculous and inconsistant even for a teenager.
for me... See full review
While this show might seem similar to konosuba at first, it doesnt rely on its waifus and pure stupidity from its characters for its comedy, This show opts to make the entire show extremely stupid. people say there is no story for this show, or the story sucks, but i say.... the story is there, but its just SUPER STUPID. Looks like the writers wrote an actual script, then got drunk on pure laboratory alchohol and did magic shrooms at the same time, then edited the script. .... so technically, there's a story. its just a tiny bit wacky This show is the purest form of chaos. another unspoken... I was personally not a fan of the shounen genre, they focus more on the fighting and edgy "romance" or "friendship is power".
dont get me wrong, fighting and romance or friendship can be done right, but the shounen shows that are popular, just dont do it right. Im sure there are people like me, that has already gotten bored of the meaningless fights.
This is another thing mob psycho does well, the characters are developed, giving me a reason to care about their fights unlike shounen anime that just puts the lives characters you dont care about on the line for people to give... See full review
