hmm, you've seen a lot of my go-to recommendations already, but I've still managed to find some that you might like:

Kill La Kill is something i'm currently watching, an over-the-top action-comedy series, made by the same people who made Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, which you rated highly

Katanagatari has a banal premise and tons of talking, but was totally worth it. The finale was especially great imo

an anime I haven't seen, but I loved the manga: Monster. It's a great thriller, and the anime supposedly follows the manga very closely

Claymore was one of my first anime, but it ends at the halfway-point of the manga. The manga is still one of my favourite series though.

last but not least, Berserk, or alternatively the 3 CG movies starting here : I've only seen bits and pieces of the old anime, and the animation is bad, but the music, atmosphere and story are all very good. The 3 movies are much more recent, but the CG isn't for everyone, and the pacing is a lot faster. There's also a sequel coming up in 2016. I'd recommend the manga, but it has a lot of hiatuses and you don't seem to read that much manga anyway.

I don't watch that much anime because I'm more of a manga-reader, but I hope that helps a bit :)
Well most of the animes, that I'd offer are in your won't watch list :/ But still I'd recomment Monster ( takes time to watch. It's unique. Great story, has best character development, nice soundtracks.)Steins Gate ( if you're into mystery, science and if you're willing to give it some time, it's a must watch)Usagi drop - short, cute, lovely... satisfying :D Zetman. OP hero, great story, reminded me One punch men, dragon ball etc.There's so much more, but it depends on what genre you like and all that :)
Mika is not dead (yet), you see him fighting in the next episode preview, I skimmed ahead as well (to make sure some originality wasn't added), and conflict between Yuu and Mika in some form was expected. Instead of plot twist I would call it a very obvious cliff-hanger episode. It's not a plot twist unless you expected something very different, like Yuu and Mika talking it over, happy to see each other when they happen to meet on the battle field...which wasn't gonna happen. Despite this, when it is done airing I will go through and edit my review if it needs it. But thanks for the comment, I like getting feedback :)
