I seen your comment on Toma, although I liked him a little bit, couldn't he just explain it to her, or idk, lock her in a room and not a cage? I dislike him so this might be biased, but idk if I were her I probably would've just like punched him and ran away. My opinion is different than yours though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
