Pretty good. As a sitcom for one evening works very well.

Humor is funny. I mean mostly it's good old "slap in the face" comedy, but sometimes it has real puns.

Characters not annoying, developed, as far as it go for 4 minute anime.

Style, expressions, delivery - all very "western" alike.

Animation is Flash. Very simple and static, but after a couple of episodes you'll get used to it, probably...

Music is present, not distracts from watching.

Summary: recommended. Even if you don't like it, you'll probably finish watching before even realizing that.

P.S. The one who's slapping here is sister, so if chicks with balls is your thing, this is definitely for you...
