So...

This anime isn't actually 'crappy' at all. It's a great romance anime but has a small bit of a reverse harem feel to it or more so love triangle, so I thought I'd include it since I enjoyed this anime a lot and have watched it a few times. Definitely a top pick for anyone interested in Romance anime.

So...

Ouran is a favorite of many, and for great reason. It is a fun ride and never takes itself too seriously. I think everyone tends to fall in love with their own characters and the show does a great job giving lots of screen time to most of them. It's definitely top on the list because it's very easy to love and a great starter into this 'trash' style of reverse harems.

Again I loved this anime, it was very funny and I think after you've seen at least one trash reverse harem you should watch this one next because it kind of makes fun of itself throughout the show. It has a lot of otaku culture so if you're not new to the otaku world you will really enjoy all the references and be able to relate to the main character.

So...

Again I like this anime, but mainly because the male lead follows around the tsundere female like a damn puppy and would lick her feet if she asked. It was pretty interesting to see them interact as well as the rest of the cast in this anime. I do wish they explored the plot better and maybe advanced the mains romance further since they really got nowhere exept maybe our tsundere main admits to herself that she likes the lead male.

So...

This anime breaks me. First off, it's not exactly a harem but kinda has a love triangle sorta, not really, but it is 'trash' or 'crappy' so it fits this list.I wanted to love it so much, it was like a Tokyo Ghoul rip off with romance, what could be better? Well, unfortunatley they teased a lot of plot and never delivered, you see tons of flash backs and things that don't make a ton of sense and they never even come close to explaining any of it, they were for sure hoping for a second seasons or so, but with the ratings it got that probably won't happen. The art style is incosistent, which I've never really noticed in another anime before, but the characters faces will change so much sometimes that it takes you out of the story. The main female is useless, and the main male doesn't really talk much, so you kinda don't care about them as a couple. But there are a lot of gore scenes and male protects female scenarios. It is definitely trying to be a thriller/romance but it fell a little short, still I watched the entire thing and sadly would probably watch more seasons if they ever came out.

This is the start of the trash anime, and boy we started with a good one. If you want to watch a love triangle where the guy you're rooting for DOESN'T end up with the girl then DAMN DO I HAVE THE ANIME FOR YOU. Seriously though Vampire Knight has a big following and people do really like it. Hell I watched it twice, but thats just because I had a big ol' crush on Zero. This anime is very much Vampire night school and 2 people aren't vampries so, ya know, blood and humans and shit insues.

I don't know how to explain how this one falls flat but it does. I liked it, but the main character literally says 6 words the entire show, and because of the plot the story can't move forward. In the show, the main girl keeps waking up in different timelines, so every time she wakes up shes dating or hanging out with a new guy, so each episode any progress made or character development on the guys ends are completely erased by the next episode. It is an interesting way to handle the harem aspect but it makes it so you can't progress in the story.

So..

This is the part in the list where the harems blur together. This one stuck out to me because I remember leaving it with a sense of enjoyment when I was done. I remember loving the male characters but definitely felt like all of the characters were rather shallow and didn't have a ton to connect to.

So...

I've actually watched this twice and I don't know why (again why I created this list). DL is a really really bad example of romance anime and shouldn't ever be categorized as one. The males are all very very mean to the female with absolutely no redemtion in the entire series. I've seen this anime described as 'glorifying rape' and I can see that to some extent. The main character is constantly saying 'no' and 'stop' and 'it hurts', and the boys literally say 'I want to hurt you more' I feel like they were going for a BDSM vibe but failed. I've heard in the visual novel that the main girl ends up liking the little bits of pain from being bitten by the vampires, so I guess it would be different if she liked it, but never in the anime (EITHER SEASON) does she end up liking it.

I don't know why I placed this one at #10 but it felt right. The characters are all beautiful and it is cool how different each one is, but all in all this is a pretty forgetable anime. Not a lot happens in the story and it didn't really leave me wanting more enough to read the manga

This anime is great to start you on reverse harems. It's quick 5 minute episodes make it easy to digest and a generally nice ride.

I remember liking this anime when I watched it, for the most part. It was an alright harem anime that had devils and vampires and shit which is all good, but the longer it's been since I've seen it I just can't remember too much about it. So try it if you're running out of content in this genre

Brothers Conflict was on my list to NOT watch forever because I hate the idea of family fucking, but ya know I ran out of content so I watched it. I would say from here down is the bottom of the barrel and probably should not be watched. The story was boring and the only reason it is at #13 is because I did enjoy the twins and their part in the story.

I think this one fell flat for me because I loved the tarot card idea and thats how they have their powers, and since it didn't explore that maybe we would get more romance and stuff, but sadly no. This anime doesn't really know what it is so it falls flat on all fronts
