Oh god, I'm really sorry I haven't replied in so long! I thought I had sent you a reply a little while ago but it must not have gone through. I've been catching up on some non-anime tv for once, ha (mostly Mad Men and Game of Thrones) but about a month ago I watched the Lupin III series the Woman Called Fujiko Mine, which I really loved, and it's got a similar vibe and soundtrack as Cowboy Bebop (actually Shinichiro Watanabe did the music direction for it!) It's definitely a new favorite for me. Since it's October I've been watching some horror anime, Higurashi and Another, though I can't really say either are favorites.
How have you been? What kind of anime have you been watching? Do you have any plans for Halloween? I haven't done anything since 2009 but this year my friends and I have planned to dress up and everything.
I thought Code Geass had some of the greatest scenes in all of anime and some really really stupid stuff mixed in. I actually prefered season two better because THAT ENDING.
Rurouni Kenshin was pretty bloody thoygh not as much as other shows (Berserk, for one) It was really great in it's serious moments but I'm not a fan of the light shonen feel. FMAB did a good job with it though.
Yes, Cowboy Bebop is super deep. Ballad of Falling Angels is the best episode of anime i've ever seen.
I've only read the manga of Berserk so what monster are you talking about. Speaking of manga, you really need to read it you dont know what your missing out one. Monster is being reprinted right now, that could be a really good starting point.

So I see you finished Berserk. How did you think of it. I take it you thought it was pretty good as you gave it four stars.
