I dropped Chuunibyou for a lot of reasons. Chuunibyou doesn't carry the same amount of weight as the first season. The second season I really wanted to love but the story just isn't as funny or relatable because there's a change of focus from a couple to a group of people. Inevitably it's done somewhat awkwardly. 

The charm of the first season was the hilariousness the slapstick, the gimmicks...So reiterating what I stated the show isn't as funny as the first one. I was very disappointed because I hoped for another season of some similar things plus a new character.
