Sonudas

I have been searching for such a Manhwa for a long time where the main MC is down to earth and actually shows a variety of emotions and behaviours. Since I have only read till chapter 20, I can't say much about the plot, but I can say that the characters feel realistic to the setting (even if the author has not reinvented the wheel again).

I still feel that the MC magically gaining 5 years worth of medical knowledge an overkill, his personality does not do a 180 from arrogance. His skill of iron heart helps in subsiding his trauma but that is just covering up the main issue. Overall I think this is promising and can't wait to see where the author takes the story.

edit: I have read till chapter 30 and I have lost my hope of meaningful plot with strong logic. The Iron heart is just an overkill and it basically solves all the problems for the MC. He is self-centric in his thinking and does things only when the system gives a green signal. The system is also annoying as it basically gives the cheat skills whenever he needs it, thus curtailing the MC's character development.

The people in the bay region are basically 1D characters and just do a 180 flip in their perception when the MC helps them. Like at least have some sort of doubt or reasoning.

The king is the worst father ever to exist, the people are fools who haven't made any innovations despite the dire need of medical advancement. 
So yeah, the hope of this story showing complexity has died down. It's surprising that it is the same author who made Medical Return.
