Yeah exactly ... From the previous season all I'm watching is sequel/prequel from existing animes. The actual new ones are a bit meh.
I'm also hoping to see a new season of the Promised Neverland!! I'm tempted to read the manga but I really prefer to see it animated. Hope we get some news soon :3
There's currently airing Psycho Pass season 3, if you haven't seen this one, I totally recommend you!! Also ~~ All the seasons in orders from JoJo's :D that's a must watch for everyone who loves anime! :D
And if you want some laughs and absurd humor, you should totally check out Nichijou, Grand Blue and Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou.

As for anime, I'm also watching MHA season 4 and Food Wars season 4, although I still need to catch up with Food Wars. But both animes are in such an interesting point!! Wish they'll never stop airing new episodes :p
The previous seasons weren't that good compared to other years to be honest ... But if I have to recommend you some, it would totally be The Promised Neverland and Dororo.
