And dont say dumb shit like ''he's reborn so technically he's 11'' Mentaly he's 42, and he remmembers his past life as well, so he should atleast remmember his prefference when it comes to womens, or in his case little girls...
And yes i know it's a story, so who wants to watch a story about an 42 year old and an 11 year old flirting?
Also if the author just forgot he was 39, then that's a bigg ouff from his side.

mentally he's 53 then isn't he? I wouldn't even like an 11 year old and an 11 year old writing, because then it's still adults writing romance about pre-pubescents
The ship thing, meh. If you're reincarnated and awaken your memories of your past life, does that mean you can't have relationships or whatnot until you're out of high school? I honestly don't care, but the whole story doesn't need the isekai angle thrown in. Its not the only one that could skip the otherworld nonsense, but its popular enough that they're oversatuating us with it. I watched to episode 6 before giving in. Its so damn suggary that I feel ill just watching it. I've never experianced such disgust at a piece of fiction before, so much so that no matter how much better people say the books or manga are there is no way I could bring myself to buy even one to find out. Feel proud that you gave up when you did.
I don't disagree with what your saying but in the animation they do clearly state that his mental state is being affected and starting to act more like his age. In my opinion he's basically a hella smart kid. (Just my opinion)
