No, I don't sing when I watch anime, I skip the opening/closing when possible. I haven't really watched much anime the past few years, but I've grown up on it which contributes to my long anime list. Plus I tend to watch shorter anime over longer ones.
I'm not sure if I understand your question about watching anime in a short amount of time? And I guess I sing in the car?
