As an American, the premise of this series arouses feelings in me that are inherently rooted in American Culture. So, this anime depicts our very normal hero having three relationships with three different girls, with two of those relationships being dead on arrival.  It’s not very action-packed in the slightest, but its beauty comes in the form of overall inner reflection.  Seiren has a, somewhat, “choose your own adventure,” approach, not unlike, ‘A Bridge to the Starry Sky,’ and ‘Yosuga no Sora.’  Unlike Mass Effect 3, you don't have to revert back to an earlier save, all the endings are unlocked and you get to watch them back to back.  However, the... My Wife is a High School Girl – So, Kyousuke Ichimaru, this 25 year old, high school physics teacher is married to Asami, one of his 17 year old students, and the conflict of the story centers around the couple trying to keep their marriage a secret, because… ya know, it’s socially frowned upon.  For quite the premise, this show is pretty wholesome. God kills this guy on accident.  So to make it up to him, God says he’s going to be reincarnated immediately, but he cannot go back to the world he came from.  God reincarnates him in this magical world and grants him one wish. This computer programmer is transported to one of the game worlds, he works on.  Unlike other anime with a similar premise, he is not transported as himself or the high level character he has created in games, he is transported as a 15 year old boy, starting out at level one.  As soon as he gets there, he is attacked by a hoard of lizard men racing through a trench towards him. Man! I really want to like this one –I do! It’s got everything a nerd could ever want… allegedly.  I can only imagine that’s what this show was going for.  Cat girls from outer space?  Star Trek references abound?  A Gundam-esque space battle? -But, it ultimately falls short on delivery. Let’s do this. The animation is very good... for the most part.  Satella was mesmerizing and I cheered for her and her little house boy every step of the way.  I feel like the main story, or backdrop rather, which is dumb, confusing, and boring, kept getting in the way of the meat and potatoes of what could have made this show great.  Satella’s back story is dark and interesting, and probably could have been a standalone piece all by itself. I feel that if the main story weren’t there at all, it could have been a better anime, and they could have expanded on what I think make for a better... See full review

So… I guess this Sinbad is... Jesus… or Marco Polo?  I’m not sure. Sinbad was born, and was destined to do great things, like... sell stuff?
