A really meh one-shot with a prettyboy yandare seme magician who is borderline abusive to his pathetic dojikko uke assistant, a child-sized doll who looks like a little girl. I could excuse that if the story was interesting but alas even that was mediocre. 

The mangaka tried to weave various magical elements into the plot but it just didn't come together very well, principally because I just disliked the pairing and didn't want the uke and seme to stay together in any capacity. I'm not even convinced that there even is a romantic pairing in this story, truth be told. If you're a die-hard fan of magical realism, you might want to risk a quick gander but otherwise don't bother.
