The Witch of Mine, has very heartwarming, while somewhat weird intertwined stories. 

Story: First it seems like a kinda typical romance story. We have bullies, a beautiful femal victim and love interest as handsome as kind... but beware because it just gets better and stranger, with a great twist quite early.

+ It never gets really boring, since before it does we get a pretty much always fitting time skip.

Art: The Art is colourful but polished, which makes it easy to read. What I especially liked was the fact that the art slightly changed, fitting the many diffrent situations. (less colour when it gets creepy, brighter colour when the characters have a bliss etc.)

Characters: We have a handful of loveable characters, with a wide (always increasing) range of personalities. The "villans" though, if you can even call them that, are usually very simplistic but it fits the story well, because of the many time leaps.

Give it a try and read at least up to the 3. chapter!

Edit: I personally enjoyed listening to young and beatuiful by Lana Del Rey while reading "certain emotional parts" of this webtoon.
