Hello!  sothis is redesigning the anime-planet site, and plans to roll out an awesome new site design in July, we believe. The blog feature is not part of the new design, and it is going away.  More information about this here:  Announcement: the blog feature is being deprecatedtopic link.  (Be sure to check out the new site design when it goes live!)

\r\n

The blog pages are going away, and will be gone when the site redesign goes live. Your blog here will be removed from the site.

\r\n

So, if want to keep the information posted in your blog, you will need to copy this information someplace else on the site. If you have any questions how or where to do this, please feel free to get back to me, and I will try to assist.

If you're going for Code Geass, make sure to watch the second season as well. It has one of the strongest endings I've ever seen, really, I think it'll impress you ^_^

Code Geass, seeing you liked Death Note. It seems quite different on the outside, but they're both about the great battle of wits. As long as you can get used to the excentric personality of Lelouch, I think you'll love it.

Another one is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. It's a Horror / Mystery. Very disturbing show, even more than Elfen Lied, as there was intensity in the violence-scenes, instead of just blind smashing. If I had to compare, Higurashi has quite a few scene's I found just as disturbing as Elfen Lieds scene with the puppy. Also has a great Mystery storyline, which was what appealed most to me from this series.

Lastly, something a bit different, more of a personal favorite, not that many people actually thought it was amazing. I think it's described best as a Supernatural / Romance / Horror, Le Portrait de Petit Cossette. Beautifully animated, a somewhat twisted supernatural story about revenge and romance. I can't really discribe it well, you'll have to see it to understand it´s charm. It's short (3 episodes long).

I'll leave it at this for now, I've gotten tons of other solid recs I could tell you about, but why not try the A-P recommendation-database? Look up a show you liked, and see what shows are being recommended to it!
