Saint☆Young Men hillarious. There's a lot of puns, for example, when they are buying tickets to enter the theme park: "Adult (entrance) fee" = 成人料金 [seijin Ryōkin] sounds like "sage/saint (entrance) fee" 聖人料金 [SEIjin ryōkin]. This particular pun is well translated to "adult age" sounding like "adult sage," but many of them are hard to get across with the same humor in English. Magic User's Club! OVA
The animation quality could have been a bit better for an OVA from 1996. Stylistically it's very mid-late 90s, but I've seen OVA of this quality from the mid-late 80s, so I had to mark it downa couple points. That said, it's still very good.
The story suffered a bit from deus ex machina, which is expected from a show where all the main characters can use magic.
The characters were a great mix for this type of comedy.

Dallos
My scores take the release date into consideration. And, as always, subs not dubs.
Many Western fans compare Dallos to Mobile Suit Gundam and, if we are talking about the original series (OG), that's fair. Although I'm a big fan of Universal Century Gundam projects, I have to admit that Dallos beats OG in several regards. This is most likely due to Dallos being an OVA, the first ever OVA I'm told.
