0 = Complete trash
0.5 = Trash, avoid

1 = Trash, maybe you can learn something from it
1.5 = Bad, nothing new

2 = I didn't like it at all
2.5 = I didn't like but maybe you'll like

3 = Average. Not Hot nor Cold.
3.5 = Not bad, check it out

4 = Good, brings something new, engaging or similar
4.5 = Very good, definitively try it

5 = A staple (like Genshiken). Not only a masterpiece but could also be something that completely changes the genre (One Piece), a unique artist (Nihei, Q Hayashida) that brings something new to a genre (Oyasumi Punpun).
