It has some mildly intense moments, but overall very chill

Okay, this one is sad and will pull at your hearstrings, but otherwise, it's chill. 

It's got about as much chill as any sports anime, meaning there's moments it's not chill, but cheerleading doesn't usually kill people so

I mean... is there even a plot? The characters sure aren't chill, but the episodes are.

Not much in the way of plot. Mostly light-hearted and silly, which definitely falls in the chill category.

It's literally just a dude using logic to fix a kingdom. This one does have some action and drama, but it's still pretty chill. Most of the time, everyone is just working on administrative tasks.

A decently chill school anime

This gay romance has some dramatic and sad moments, but I still consider it chill. 

There's a limit to how dramatic and intense farming can get, and this one might challenge that occassionally, but it's still chill.

Super chill. There's no romance and very little action or heavy drama, but it's far from being boring. One of my absolute favorites on this list!

ANNNNDDDDD another one without much of a plot, put quite entertaining if you don't mind the style.

This one probably has more action and fighting than any other title on this list, however.... they're fighting over bento boxes from a convenience store to get the best deal.... not exactly the most intense storyline.
