Hahaha, it's funny seeing you getting all happy by me recognizing just a few words. It's kinda sad actually that i didn't remember more of them, makes me feel like i learned so little in the 5 years i studied greek :). By the way, dutch is a very unpopular language too (and difficult, i heard), i guess there are some 20 - 25 million people who speak it, but that's where it ends... So back at school we had to learn 6 different languages lol (english, german, french, spanish, latin and greek) , so i guess i kinda understand how you feel ;)... But you can't deny the greek history and mythology is great! I did love all the stories about the olympian gods back then... (By the way... yeah i recognized all the 'tourist' words, hahaha)
Oh, and if i really make it to 50 eps in one day, I'll definately let you handle the guiness thing, but i think there are some crazy people out there in this world who have watched more eps in 24 hours. I'm at least intending to get a little sleep ^_^, but yeah it would be quite amazing if i could pull it off.

I won't tell you my mark for my final exam of ancient greek, though, because i'll feel ashamed xD... Anyway, if i ever happen to have the time and motivation, I'd like to learn japanese! Listening to all the conversation in anime made me really love the language. Can't help it, I guess ^_^
Ah, and still not completely recovered from PAAS so I'm mindlessly browsing some series til i find something to devour next... But so far I'm not doing great, humming songs from clannad all the day, I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to things like this... by the way looking at the greek comment i see on your profile i believe i actually understand a few of the words :D he aletheia was the truth, right? einai is to be, polu is much or many? ountai is a verb ending meaning for 'they', and eis is the verb ending for 'you', right? hahaha it's two years ago since i had greek, but the writing is still so familiar it reminds me of all the painfull long wednesday afternoons of translating plato.... lol.
Hahaha, you'll always give me such a funny reply ^_^! Don't give me all the credit, though, PAAS is not something i came up with, i heard it from someone else before ;)! Yeah, clannad was surprisingly good, especially clannad after story (second season), but damn did it piss me off the first few episodes xD. Indeed, it's a bit chibi, sweet and untainted... Not the kind of rough pirate thing we are familiar with, so it does take some eps to get used to it... Still.... it instantly went second place in my top list (After story). Clannad's pacing is slow in the beginning, and it takes about 10 episodes before you figure out what the series is really about, but i thought it was quite amazing. It deals with some different kind of story lines that initially seem to have nothing to do with eachother, but they connect to make a whole story. And though I'm not sure a diehard action/adventure fan like you would like it, a change of pace might be nice once in a while ^_^! I cried like a little kid watching it, believe it or not!
Ah, another unbelievable thing, i have to actually start studying now if i want to pass my methodology exam next monday *sigh*... I've almost forgotten what it's like to study and put a lot of mental effort into something, lol. But I guess it's not a big deal, you're way busier than i am :).
Lol, my personal record... In may my parents and brother are going on vacation for a week, so I'm planning to break my record in that period, being home alone *pops confetti*. Generally, if i watch too much, they won't stop complaining to me about me wasting my life on anime xD. My ultimate goal for that week is to watch 50 eps in one day, even if it's just once, hahaha! Pretty crazy, huh?
Oh geez, I'm having a really AWFUL post-awesome anime syndrome at the moment T_T... Just finished Clannad after story and it was so good, sad and touching I just want to see more of it and it sucks so much that i finished it xD... aaarrrghhh! *spreading out an air of genuine frustration* xD. How about you, watching anything interesting at the moment?
