Sword Art Online is a good show. For the first half, at least. 

I was very confused when they finished the game but there was still plenty of episodes left, I regret continuing the show. I loved the first half and felt that people were wrong, it was overrated. But in the second half of the season, it just went from great to terrible. So many wack details were added:

1. Elves
2. Fairies
3. Incest
4. Sexual Assault

The fairies and elves weren't that bad but they just didn't need to be there. I am not exactly against incest, I've read plenty of romances between siblings, but I did not like it in this show. They didn't need to add Kirito's relative to the harem, there was plenty of other girls. The sexual assault just baffled me, it was an irrelevant scene and I didn't like that a certain someone was stuck in the game for such a stupid reason. Not to mention, the creator of SAO didn't even remember why he didn't. That was very disappointing. If about half of the season didn't exist, I would've given this an 8/10.
