This movie is all about Chopper and his king-hood, short-lived as it is. As always Zoro, Sanji, and Luffy have their own little fights like always, Zoro and Sanji take on the lieutenants while Luffy cleans up the boss with chopper not doing anything which is odd considering this is supposed to be his story.
Pros: Good music, and improved animation(crisper/cleaner).
Cons: The so-so baseline characters, oh, and Santa Luffy's back.
It's Usopp and Nami who really don't help much other than holding off some crazy ass creatures. Thank god Vivi and Carue are here to make things worse. The story is interesting if bland, love the devolution of the main bad guy when his horns are broken. Worth watching once and only once.
