Yep.I know.Look at Kim Jonghyun last year.If the kpop industry were less stressful,he wouldn’t have to become so depressed and commit suicide.(Guess what happened?100 more fans commmited suicide as well.)

Right now,I’m taking refuge in the Final Fantasy and even the anime fanbase to avoid the drama.

I tried reasoning with the radfems on September as some radfem reblogged the post about 97% of mass shooters are men and she use that to hate all men.(such as calling them sperm banks and downplaying misandry to make misogyny worse, even though both are as bad.)

As much as l like anime,I would like to see unique writing in that as well.Monogatari may be one example.I don’t mind a bit of cliche, but too much of it will potentially turn me away.

I’m a bit critical when it comes to rating, even more so when it is on so-bad-it’s-good shows like SAO and maybe Re:Zero.I hate Kirito because he’s a bland self-insert Gary Stu,and Yui because she made SAO worse with her appearance.

Yato or Yuki?I prefer Yato.To quote someone,’Yato brings a down-to-earth personality to a really distant hierarchy. He's driven to achieve his goals and isn't willing to give up. Whether he's completing simple tasks like cleaning or finding a lost pet, or much more complex requests. He has a depth that not many characters can compare with.’Therefore,it explains why Yato made it up to my honorable mentions, but he still cannot dethrone Noctis as my favorite male.

Yukine is more cute than hot tbh,but he can be really annoying at times. That being said,I don’t hate him.

Hello, just wanted to let you know I've changed your Vocaloid custom list to 'featured' - thanks for compiling it!

Also if you weren't aware, we have an anime tag for these - we're still adding new ones and new videos daily for Vocaloid

Right now,Kpop fan twts on twitter are the most toxic. The toxicity is at the highest during MAMA votings, and this is coming from someone who witnessed it at the worst last year. It's a literal warzone.

Regarding Maka,I don't really see why she get hate.At least she's way more competent than alot of the weak female leads we see today.Black Star may not be the best, but what he did in Episoode 47 is pretty impressive.Talking about my choice of animes,I tend to steer away from ecchi and harem as fanservice moments tend to water down the quality of the show and are often unnecessary.(Kill La Kill is an exception),while I tend to encounter abusive tsunderes(The dere I despise) for the latter.(Love Hina is one example). That being said,I have a better luck finding my favorite shows in the Shounen and Seinen genre.

Refering to ',because my country is the product of ‘Cultural Appropriation’ sentence, what i mean is that hopefully that aspect will drive away the SJW infestation, because there's a day in my country where we exchange culture in schools as a trend.SJWs will foam at the sight for sure.At least you are not as bad as those self-proclaimed radfems I ran into on Tumblr.I tried reasoning with them,to no avail.

Feel free to go through my lists,if you want to.

You and me share the same bias too, sweet. However,in the light of the heated fandom war between BTS and EXO,I’m afraid the fanwar and the fandoms’ toxicity may kill my interest.Fortunately,my newfound interest sparked in the Final Fantasy Series. This doesn’t mean I will completely stop listening to kpop.

Why,thank you.I thought my taste is pretty mediocre.Soul Eater is one of the animes that started my teenage years back in 2015.I’m quite critical when it comes to the anime ending, however.Maka is a very good female protagonist and she deserved more attention.(Kid is the most popular.)

We Singaporeans tend to speak Singlish;mixing Hokkien,Chinese and English together, and I admit I do that,at least offline, except when it comes to job interviews in the future.

Regarding the West,I’m quite aware of the SJW situaton in your country.Hopefully it won’t come to here, because my country is the product of ‘Cultural Appropriation’.

No worries, that's why I double checked!

I had a good Thanksgiving, I cooked and did most of the cleaning, but everything came out good so it was all in all a good experience!

I don't think I could stop myself from using full-dive VR if it was a thing.

Eren definitely did pick a ton of fights, but to me it seemed like they were all trivial in the grand scheme of things. I liked, for instance, that his message got throguh to Jean and eventually converted him over to the Survey Corps, in this light I felt like they weren't completely pointless. They also dwindled off as the series continued.

Mikasa is likable for similar reasons to Yuno, in my opinion, she's just as obsessive and protective but not as whiney. I've got a soft spot for the childhood flashbacks, as long as they leave an impression on me, not unlike Elfen Lied, which really stuck with me. The childhood flashback in Elfen Lied is one of my favorite episodes/scenes of almost any show.

I think it's still pretty socially acceptable for you to be into shota. It would be considered unacceptable for me to have particular interest in loli's, though, there seems to be a much bigger sexual implication for lolicon than shotacon, in general.

I don't think Feminism is that bad of a name, but I, and a lot of other people, feel like a lot of current generation feminists want to have special priveledges over men. Just one of many nonsense points I've heard feminists make is that Women should always be given the first chance to speak in debates, classrooms, etc. That's not equality, that's having rights over men. This logic goes on and on, too. Movements like the "Pink Tax" wherein womens products are more expensive than mens are... If they feel that strongly... they can go buy the mens products..? There's a huge difference in the items themselves that cost more to manufacture, etc. These are the kinds of things that drive me up a wall, more than anything. I also can't imagine as a boss trying to fill a manual labor position, wanting to hire a woman who does not have the same physical capacity to do the job efficiently as a woman who can, following this logic, in most cases, the man is going to most likely be able to do the job more efficiently, given the differences between mens bodies and womens bodies. If the genders were reversed, I would absolutely feel the opposite about this, though.

Radicals usually pick a side and agree with everything that side says, which is the same as being a puppet. Those individuals have a distinct lack of critical thinking skills, and really just waste everyones time. I must concede that social expectations for men and women are a hindrence towards equality, and my first thought on that is that the way to change them is to be okay with being different. If you don't think it's fair for women to be socially expected to wear makeup, stop doing it. Also, the social expectation for men is to not wear makeup. If a man wants to, he should. I guess it seems kind of weird to me to see a guy wearing makeup, but I don't think that should stop them, and I wouldn't make fun of them for it by any means.

Men definitely lose in custody court, and it's extremely messed up. My family situation was one where my father was definitely a better parent, many times over. I don't think it's unfair to women to be assigned the caregiver role in this case though, as it is literally what they want when they are fighting for custody. If the father is fighting for custody and the mother is not, the father will get the custody in most cases, provided the court determines he is in an acceptable position to do so, in this regard, I can't feel particularly sympathetic to the womans perspective, they can easily decline the role if they wish. I also refer to hardcore feminists as feminazi's much of the time, I can't really see them any other way, because even having a dialogue is not something they are interested in.

Eva is only sort of mecha, if you watch it you'll see what I mean, but yes, it will live on as one of the greatest animes of all time probably, for revitalizing the industry.

Rei seems to be looked at as the definitive Kuudere, but honestly, she didn't even seem human to me. She's just blank, uncaring, unsympathetic, and didn't seem to have literally any personality. It's about as deadpan as a human can get in my mind. When her body language reads that she's thinking about something, it doesn't even really seem like she is, no wheels are turning in her head. So I'm not a huge fan of her, or even really Kuudere archetypes.

So more info on my favorite characters from HxH and why:

Hunter X Hunter spoilers below:

Gon, while not my favorite character, had a scene that really made him awesome. He was of course, powerful, but during this particular scene, he was completely filled with rage and grief, he essentially turned into a hybrid of Gon and Goku. You can totally check that out if you want to here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qb5Z8E0MoLY

Mereum, who is in the same arc as the linked video, is basically the strongest character in the show. They use basically the equivalent of a nuke to kill him, and he still doesn't die instantly, though it is what inevitably kills him. While I don't have a particular video to reference because no short excerpt could show you why I like him, he is essentially smarter, more tactical, and more powerful than any other character in the show. His only real opposition in tactics is a "Go" player he cannot best on the game board. His final moments were actually bittersweet in my opinion, which is rare for villains in most shows.

Kuropiko's best moments were definitely against the cult he was going after, where he decided to just chase them down and face them alone. While he was an awesome character, after that portion of the story, he more or less faded to irrelevance in the show.

Killua was a fun companion for Gon across pretty much the entire story, and the arc with him and his family was good. They were sewing seeds right from the beginning of the show, which they harvested to great effect later on in his family arc.

I was thinking about having you try Shana, but I think you'd enjoy the first several minutes, and get bored for a couple epsiodes, and then start enjoying it again. If that's not your style, then it's probably not a good show for you.

I try to line break by individual thoughts, which I feel makes it easier to read and follow along with my direction, but I'm glad to see you're also enjoying the conversation! I figure, if I'm going to write out a wall of text, I better do my best to make it as pleasant to read as possible.

I've seen both as well, and I like each of them for different reasons. I liked the general adventure more for FMA, but FMA:B I felt had a better ending. I liked Wrath the most as far as villains. I liked Winry, but she didn't have enough screentime, so I can't put her at the top of my list. I guess I liked Alphonse the most for the protagonists. I liked that he had advantages and disadvantages for being reanimated as a suit of armor, and I enjoyed his generally humble and timid personality, though, he was not exactly a pushover. I also thought it was pretty funny that he was as timid as he was, being so intimidating looking. Greed and Ling were cool characters, I also did like Envy quite a bit.

Side note, I see you disliked Tanya and Akame, figured they'd be good discussion material. I liked Tanya quite a bit, I thought Akame was at least okay. I felt like it was weird that the show was named after her, but hey, whatever. What are your thoughts?
