Onepunch Man is a funny anime if you're looking for a few laughs. The anime is mainly comedy and showing off the animation, while the manga has more story and detail as most animes and mangas. The manga has some pretty nice art so there's no loss in reading the manga too. I don't expect too much from a gaga manga, story wise because their jokes come first. :P
