The hero party wasn't a bunch of cheap villainous who would simply mistreat the mc in every way possible to induce us to fell bad for him and earn for the revenge. In this they really knowledge the mc power after he left, the mc's friend is really his friend. I guess it would leave some people with the 6nd grade syndrome quite frustrated that there isn't a dark mc that will kill everyone for revenge. So if you are looking for a very foot on earth without much intensity but still pleasant to read, give it a try.
