33, Male, fan of Shojo mangas as well as Yuri.

Been reading mangas since I was 9 (Was reading Dragon Ball and Dr. Slump back then) 

Then in 2002, at age 14, I grew fond of several Shonen manga, my favourite being Rurouni Kenshin.

In 2003, when I was 15, I started to really like Shojo Mangas, my favourite being Mint Na Bokura, UltraManiac, Random Walk (YEah, I liked Wataro Yoshizumi stuff) and Gals!

2005, when Ifinished high school, was when I started to like Ken Akamatsu stuff (AI Love you, Love Hina and Negima)

In 2010, I suddenly stopped watching animes outside of a select few (Digmon and Pokemon, mainly) and between 2010 and october 2020, the only mangas I bought were about video games I like, mainly Phoenix Wright, Megaman ZX and the Legend of Zelda. However, I still bought SOME anime-related video games, one that caught my attention was ''Sword Art Online: Lost Song'' which also got me interested in the series, but it took until late 2019 before I started to watch it.

Then fast forward in late august 2020: By browsing through Prime video, the anime ''My Girlfriend is Shobitch'' got my attention. I watched episode 1 and eventually liked it so much I bought the Blu-ray. Then I bought some more, then I got the blu-ray for what I dind't know would become my favourite anime of all times: New Game! After watching some of it's episodes, I decided to go ahead and buy the manga as well, which in turn became my favourite Manga of all time.

Then I started to get interested in more series, mainly Komi Can't Communicate, Tomo-Chan is a Girl!, We Never Learn and Failed Princesses (The latter of which I din't know was a Yuri) 

Speaking of Yuri... early november is when I actually started to gain an interest on them. And thus, I started to read some Yuri (Fragtime was my first), and eventually binge-watched Citrus. That's when I was looking for some Yuri suggetsion, and that is when I heard the name ''Adachi and Shimamura'' for the second time (First time was on funimation, but I wasn't really interested at that point). This series quickly became my favourite Yuri story of all time. So much in fact, that It got me to to go and buy the light novel. It had been 7 years since my last novel purchasse, and a full decade since the last novel I actually enjoyed reading.

So there you have it, my very long story about manga and anime. Been reading that stuff since I was 9 years old, almost completely stopped when I was 22, and went back to it at 32, and yet, I still have no real love for action manga/anime, and much prefer the romcom and slice-of-life genre (Yuri or ''hetero'' ones, at least)
