I watch anime both subbed and dubbed. In the end, it's not about languages or the actor's place of origin that's a big deal. The big deal is the individual person's ability to act.
Dorothy Elias Fahn is one individual, but her acting aged better than the entire dub that I heard in Garzey's Wing. Tomino must have been drunk on sake when he made the worst OVA ever. So bad, none of the best dubbers wanted to be part of it.
By the way, Iove the fact that Hyper Police featured Kotono Mitsuishi and Yuko Miyamura (around your age back in the 90s), the EVA ladies. :)
Anyway, thanks for responding and I'll be waiting for the next episode of The Witch From Mercury. Tomino better not fail me for the last time.

First off, thanks for responding. As for Kaoru, I think that she was a likeable character when I watched Rurouni Kenshin on TV.
I also love the fact that Meryl Strife, Sakura (Hyper Police) and Kaoru had the same American actress.
Hello miss! So what do you find interesting about Kaoru Kamiya?
Hello and thanks for following me.
Your welcome :D
