PS I really hate to lose you as a Greeter! But I understand that often there just isn't enough time to do everything we may want to do. Life does get busy on us.
You will always be welcome to come back as a Greeter in the future if you find yourself with the desire and the free time to help out again.
I most sincerely thank you for all the help you have given and thank you for welcoming new members! It's been great having you as a Greeter, and I am so happy to have been able to have you in that role. (And I hope maybe someday again in the future!)

I haven't heard from you, and that makes me sad. I sincerely hope you are doing ok, and are away from the site doing happy things rather than dealing with difficult times. If there's something I can do to help you, just let me know.

I'm going to put you on Supporter status since it seems you have no time available to do any welcome greetings at this time. (It's a sad thing to me, taking you off as an Active Greeter, since you were my very FIRST WECO Greeter.) Remember, if you ever want to come back to doing greetings, I will welcome you back with open arms.
I still haven't heard back from you since I put you on Hiatus... are you ok? The site says you are not visiting so much (you are listed as being on last in October). You've helped so much, and participated often in the discussions...
I have you listed as taking a break from doing welcomes at this time (on hiatus). So, I'm wondering how you feel - do you think you'll want to come back to doing welcomes? Or no more greetings for a while?
If you think you might come back in future, I'll put you on indefinite hiatus until the future when you feel you can do regular greetings again. You are the very first WECO Greeter to join the club - I'd hate to see you leave as a Greeter. (You can stay on hiatus as long as you need, I'd just like to hear from you.)
If however, you don't see coming back as a regular Greeter, I can change your status to Club Supporter, and no worries about doing any more assignments. (If you change to Club Supporter, it does not have to be permanent. You could still come back as a Greeter in future, it just will mean that you have no plans at this time to do so.)
Please get back to me to let me know where you stand, and more importantly, how you are doing.
