This is a fine example of why I never trust reviews. This is pure wish fullfilment power up fantasy taken to the extreme. Obese bullied dude magically becomes thin, tall and handsome, literally. His body just changes. And now he's OP with all the op skills, items, you name it, he's basically a god. Oh and he can go back and forth between isekai world and real world but the author seemed to have used the isekai as an excuse to make him OP and then bring him back to the real world to show off. This is very low tier isekai fantasy. He's captain save a random girl. And all these girls just fawn over him because he has that sweet strong male scent you know, the scent of an MC. This is trash, there's no other words to describe it. If it was just a slice of life it would have been okay but they decided to add the fantasy element and that's were I draw the line. Don't use fantasy as an excuse to further you bull crap plot.

The problem is that the broad interest of people on this website is that they enjoy just pouring over generic garbage with zero substance and thinking it is genious. There is the vaguest plot thread in this manga, and things just happen just so Mr MC can do something and the girls can cream their knickers. The 10/10 reviews confirm this.
Even thought the story are pretty generic and the FL's immediately fall for the MC for no reason, it's atleast entertaining
I mean the fuck else do you expect. Why would you read this assuming what it is obviously not. People are here for the power fantasy and as you said it is taken to the extreme. And people are here exactly for that. And the art is definitely not 4/10. I have seen a lot of 4/10 art, this one's atleast a 6-7/10
