"Plunderer" seems interesting, I'll check the manga but yeah, I probably won't enjoy it much if it is a Battle Shounen xD Anyway, I try to be open minded to all genres, so who knows, maybe I'll appreciate it ^^
An anime that I really loved is "Banana Fish", it's really a masterpiece, it's a Shoujo but it's completely different from any other Shoujo... It has great plot, characters and animation, and you'll feel many different emotions while watching it... It's really unique, I'm sure that you can appreciate it a lot ^^ I prefer the manga but the anime too is very well done and the quality is really high :) It has 24 episodes ;)

"Fairy Tail" it's not my genre... I don't like Battle Shounen anime, in particular when they have so many episodes... I'll never be able to watch them till the end... The only one I really love is "Inuyasha" (the manga, not the anime)... I also tried to watch it but it's too damn long and lesser fascinating than the manga xD
About "Madoka Magica" I liked it, but I don't consider it a masterpiece like most people do... I appreciated the fact that they tried to do something new in the Mahou Shoujo genre and the dark elements are really something, but there are a lot of anime that I liked much more... Also, in this case too, I liked the manga more xD

I'm watching 3 anime at the moment, but they are all still airing so I've seen only few episodes each... I've started "Arte" and for now I'm liking it, I love the female protagonist (I hope she'll remain this lovely for the whole series xD)... Also, the story takes place in Italy so I'm really interested in it because there aren't many anime setted in my country ^^ I've also started "Yesterday wo Utatte" and it seems good too, I don't know many Romance anime with adult characters... it has some kind of mature vibe and I appreciate it... I also really like the art! I'm also watching "Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro" but I'm not too entusiasthic about it, it doesn't seem bad but it seems a little plain... even if I like the historical setting... but I only watched 2 episodes so I don't want to judge it too quickly!

- Kimi no Na wa (since you liked Koe no Katachi, this one is different but just as good if not even better9
- Death Note (can't believe you haven't watched it yet)
- Dr. Stone (came out last year, unique & interesting story with a smart MC)
- Tensura (One of the rare good Isekai anime, a slime building a city)
- Overlord (don't know if it'll be to your liking but one of my favourites :)
