I mean it's alright, definitely not as good as the first season though. Unlike season 1 I have not watched an episode where I felt like i can rewatch it 4x back to back as soon as it comes out. I also don't find the episodes as fun and memorable as from the previous season. I do however like the growth for the other guild members, but I feel like since there's a lot of them they aren't presented as well compared to when Maple was doing her thing in S1, since they have to juggle between characters. I also didn't like how there's a new floor every couple of episodes since we don't get enough time to really... See full review
Although the mc is decent to watch I have to pass on this as it made me uncomfortable in many scenes and not in the well made horror type of way, just plain icky.
See full reviewThis Shounen anime has done female characters so well that I immediately gave a full mark. The female character's fight scenes are well done. Animation definitely a perfect score, the characters are also diverse and interesting. The story and sound could be better but I think its done well enough for a 10/10.
See full reviewThis is cute and informative. The song is adorable and fits the genre well. The personality of each designers can be seen with their works.
Unabara for cuteness, Meido for the unorthodox functions, Tsuchiya and his magnificent horse design, Kimura and his priorities etc.
Would definitely recommend to those who want a lighthearted show.
When I first watched this I didnt know that it was based on a visual novel, so now it makes sense as to why the romance aspect was portrayed like that. Nothing much happens throughout the story, the animation is also okay but my favorite part is the sound. For some reason my brain remembers this song even though I have not heard of it for years and when I watched this anime again I went, oh so this is where I heard that song. Idk it feels nostalgic to me for some reason, well it does sound good after all. The characters arent really that memorable but you will like them at least, I even remember cheering... The voice acting and sound are amazing, you wouldnt even know this was the v.a. of Daisuke's first role. The op and ed songs are incredible. The animation is great especially when HUESC is involved. The characters, I don't get bored watching them do their thing. The duo are like the total opposites so at first they repel one another and later on they learn to accept those differences but not without some clashing since they are fundamentally different, they just have to meet half way. As for the story at first you'll go wtf with how absurd things are with the introduction of the rich detective aka Kambe... See full review
During my first time watching this I was so frustrated and I regretted how I spent time watching this. But year or so later I found it again in my recommendations and decided to rewatch it, and to my surprise the characters actually have development. First things first, they were in highschool of course they will be on the romantically naive side. But as the story progresses you will see Kyoya tries to bend his pride full self in order to make his girlfriend happy and Erika despite being a girl who originally pushed herself to Kyoya for the sake of remaining friends with her classmates learned that... You definitely have to watch this for the alpaca. I just find him creepy but interesting. Aside from paca there are quite some episodes that are funny/interesting/intriguing. The story is underdeveloped? like we get hints but it's a little confusing. But I still recommend this especially for the episode of "hide and seek"
See full reviewEpisodic so you won't find an intriguing plot. Honestly at first I almost dropped this but then ep 2 came and I just can't stop watching. The boys here are hilarious with the combo of the only sane person the newest member PINK. Their personalities are mouthful to explain so just go watch their stupidity for yourself. I just found myself shouting one of their stupid lines after watching this XD You WILL cringe/ second hand embarassment on this anime, that's kinda the point.
See full reviewYes the reverse harem for this is kinda a bummer as I only wanted to see the art aspect. The story revolves around the visualization of how it's like to make Art, the way you shine and how you express yourself, just like how each character have different forms for their light (or as MC calls it- sparkles). It also shows the part of art that is less elegant like the struggles in pursuing your art/passion as manifested by every main characters. Funny thing is, I imagined how my light would be like if I were in the anime and during the last 1 or 2 episodes I was surprised to see it manifest and I was like... See full review
This anime has such an amazing concept but was not fully utilized because of the slow progress and some random insertion of topics, but i like the idea that these queen candidates has to win the "people's heart" quite literally in order to be the next queen, and on their journey they realize the difference among hearts, such as the green ones for friendship. It's a show that you'd expect to be all girly but actually reflects life in it, it's not all Red hearts, there's a bunch of other colors for admiration and loyalty etc.
It's a good anime for the right audience
