It's all good! 😊 I'm just glad that my review served some sort of purpose for you.
Woah there now! Who said I was ok with her first marriage in anyway? I was defiantly more than a bit disturbed by it. Even if it looks like she didn't have any problems with the marriage, I defiantly dont think she would have gone along with it if given the choice. Your right, these situations really to bring about weird topic's. Age difference is kind of an uncomfortable discussion that people don't talk about a lot. Personally I can't image ever being in a relationship with someone over 15 years older then me. However when their are two consenting adults in the equation, who are we to say anything? I feel this this comverstaion got strangely personal lol. Oh well, it was really fun talking to you.
Then we're defiantly going to have to agree to disagree on this one. I just think it's to much plot armor. Really far farfetched for him to not meet many people getting in like you said. That castle should be packed especially when they just came back from war and the leader of there country is within the building. The entire kingdom should have been fortified to the brim and he should have never been able to get away even in the air. Seriously, how close is there caslte to the wall that he only had to take like 3 small jumps and they were gone? I honestly don't care that much since I read this story causally but if your really that into it then that's fine. It's an enjoyable read and it would be hypocritical of me to judge you since I still read the story despite my problems with the plot. 😊
Nope. He nearly died from overusing his magic not from any enemy fire. It doesn't count in my book because that's the author consciously realising how utter BS it is for there main character to be that strong and then trying to debuff them without making them seem any weaker. Also be honest. Did you ever for a second actually think the prince's actions were going to have any grave consequences? So he coughed up some blood and had a fever for a day. Big deal. I would have loved to have seen him at least get a huge scar or maybe even a arm cut off. Can you image what a epic story that would be in the future?
" Hey, kids! Want to hear about the time I single handedly(pun intended) infiltrated an enemy capital and saved you mothers life?"
Oh😮 Thx for explaining the backstory of this one. It must have all just flew over my head since this manga wasn't really clicking for me.
Ok, so hear me out cause I stand by my 'perv' comment. While your right that she isnt dating someone in the manga at this point, we all know these types of manga's thrive off of romance, so it's only a matter of time. I read up to chapter 28 and there was only one male lead she expressed any interest interest in and as I stated before one year older then her eldest son. He is barely 18 if even, and mentally (which counts more in my book because you can't have it both ways, she can't be mentally mature enough to handle the social circles but also immature enough to romance a teen) she is somewhere in the ball park of early 30s I think. Which is just, ew. I don't care about age difference when it's all out in the open but you can't be creeping like that if everyone thinks you the same age.
"Plus of course the person she SHOULD be with should be her age. It's more strange that she was married a grown man as a kid. " Hate to break it to you but no it wasn't. Yes this is a fantasy world but this is also a fantasy old based on historic times and in those times it was much more commen for women to marry people 10 or even 20 years older than them instead of someone there own age. And if your thinking that's only for the rich you'd still be wrong. I'm not saying that people didn't marry for love in that time period so much as I'm saying there were a number of more important (in there eyes) factors like social mobility, and financial stability for marriage.
