I would go through parts of death note you liked, did you like the mystery, or the supernatural elements or something else stand out? Those generally good way to find what you like.For knights of the Zodiac I don't see why not try it. If something appeals to you then its a good direction to go in. It's a classic series.(Disclaimer I haven't watched deathnote, or Saint Seiya. So going off the info on the series)
