I did mention there was LOTS on your WTW list that I enjoyed! I'll try to cut the list down a bit. Here are some titles I particularly recommend:

5 Centimeters per Second - bittersweet romance about the effects of time and distance on a relationship (Note that this is not so much about the couple and their relationship, but instad about the time and distance affecting said relationship!)

Angel Beats! - there are lots of FEELZ moments at the end; definitely an anime to stir your emotions.

Golden Time - I enjoyed this love triangle anime the best out of all the new titles I watched for Fall 2013 anime.

Lovely Complex - one of the best rom-coms that I've seen!
Spice and Wolf - nice slice of life pacing; good fantasy story

Steins;Gate - gave this a 4.5/5 rating (one of my highest rated anime). Note that it's a bit difficult to get into however, plot and characters don't really kick in until around episode 10.
Sorry for my delayed response getting back to you - the main hard drive of my computer died, and it took me awhile to get my system back and running, plus I now am playing catchup on everything I did on computer before. Like answer my profile comments...
