Jujutsu Kaisen and Tougen Anki both share a handful of themes like a teenage protagonist acquiring a super power, said protagonist quitting normal school and joining a new one specifically to learn about this power, both have this organisational structure for the good guys as well as the bad guys.
Though that's not to say both are just exactly the same. Jujitsu Kaisen's humour is a bit more innocent and "appropriate" compared to Tougen Anki. Meanwhile Tougen Anki spends a lot more time giving the background on the antagonists.
And finally, the biggest difference between the two is of course the protagonists in JJK are fighting demons while those in Tougen Anki are fighting demon hunters.
