Fruits Basket - you seem to enjoy stories of friendship, and this is the story of a girl's friendship with a rather unusual family

Kuroshitsuji - aka Black Butler. Sebastian Michaelis is one HELL of a butler!

My Love Story!! - I am enjoying this bromance story of friendship and the romance of one of the friends that is currently airing in Japan (there is a new episode out each week)

Ouran High School Host Club - Fun story with over-the-top comedy and light romance

From yur Want to Watch list, you really should check out Death Note - it's an intriguing ride and such an interesting premise.  I didn't care for the ending, but taken as a whole, this was a really entertaining watch!
