Manthika

A wall-of-text, word-vomit, rush-rush-rush style manga that reads more like a cramped novel with pictures, this one was very difficult for me to get through.  That said, it's a typical 'villainess otome isekai' where the main character 'villainess' has all the guys who hated her in the canon game falling for her, things going her way, etc. but the write doesn't know how to pace themselves and thus, it's kind of miserable to read.  I wouldn't recommend it, even if you're desperate for another otome manga (believe me, I understand the need tho.) 

For those who might not know, Burikko: someone who acts childish/defenseless/weak/cute but is not necessarily so.  Like someone who fakes being innocent to garner popularity.  It's a less popular term (unlike Orekko or Meganekko or even Tsundere and other 'dere's lol)
