It was interesting to see a character struggling and being a good person and making his way, suddenly given the boost he needed by a moment of charity- but, uh. Entirely ruined by the elf woman coming back like ‘I knew it, you’re my type, marry me!!!’ honestly. The Deus Ex Machina coin would’ve been great if he could’ve handled it from there, but as she just kept coming back… it’s less of an adventurer being nice and more of a creepy older (age-immortal) woman wanting a teenager’s babies in the future. Not something I'm interested in reading, personally.
