This manhwa is filled with good action to the brim. The main character is overpowered from the start. The story as well as action both are well executed. You don't feel like this is only brainless action stuff. The bad guys have really a vibe of gangsters to them. This is more like a bullying gone wrong type manhwas. I highly recommend giving this one a try.
