Black Clover is a work of art, starting at the beginning, Asta and Yuno are spawned at church out in the boonies, with nothing. At the beginning of the show, Asta is the most annoying piece of shit ever, and Yuno is cool pussy slayer. As time goes on, we begin to appreciate the character development shown in Asta. Overtime, he begins to mature both physically and mentally as he become less annoying. He meets amazing characters through the black bulls like Noelle, luck, etc. But the story of this show, along with the fights just make it way worth the watch. The first fight that will really get you into the show is Asta vs Vetto. This was a major victory for the black bulls and Yami unlocks his insane ability. This fight scene, althought it is incredible, is nothing in comparison for the ones to come. For example, Asta vs Ladros, Asta & Yuno vs Licht (really good fight scene), and Asta & Yuno vs Zegrid. The stor writing behind the elf arc is such a mind blowing moment. The whole you expect something but it is really something else, and it completely blew my mind when I found out the truth. Not only that, but the peak of the elf arc there are multiple insane fight scenes, some of which Asta isnt even in. The elf arc is probably the best writing i've ever seen in a shounen, and is part of the reason why black clover is my favorite anime. After the elf arc, things die down a bit. Considering that black clover doesnt have filler episodes, it picked right back up very shortly with an arc that led as a preamble to the next. I don't want to get into much detail due to spoiler, but all i'll say is that once again the writers of black clover have outdone themselves with this arc, and it is still on going with manga (currently) and there will be a movie mid 2022, SO PLEASE WATCH THIS SHOW!
