I prefer stoic MC's and animes set in modern times. I would ideally have the mc use a gun as their weapon. If not I would want them to have a ranged weapon or use magic. If not I'd rather them use any weapon besides a sword because swords are way to common.

I dislile harem/reverse harem, echhii, peverted charecters, violent tsundere's(if they have trouble expressing their emotions its fine but if they hit someone because they are embarrassed then I hate them) and other animes that have girls hit guys for like no reason and try to use that as a joke, pushover mc's, and animes acting like katanas are superweapons that can cut through other swords like cheese.
