Build up Manga
These are manga in which the protagonist is transported into a new world/given a special power, which s/he uses to build up/expand followers and/or a kingdom. Usually involves introducing knowledge/technology from original world to new universe, but not always. Doesn't count if they are only increasing personal strength, though they can do that along the way. Not in any particular order.

Isekai de Tochi wo Katte Noujou wo Tsukurou -> MC made house on empty place after time develped it in big house with garden
